Cookie Policy

Last updated: August 4, 2026

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website can store in your browser to remember information, such as preferences or login state.

2. Cookies on this site

This marketing website (temprhq.io) doesn't set its own analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies today. Your browser may still store standard functional data (like `localStorage`) for things like remembering an open FAQ item, but this stays on your device and isn't sent to us.

3. The customer portal

The Tempr customer portal (where you manage your license and subscription) uses a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. This cookie is required for the portal to function and isn't used for tracking or advertising.

4. Third-party cookies

When you subscribe or manage billing, you're taken to Stripe's own Checkout or Billing Portal pages. Stripe may set its own cookies there under its own privacy and cookie policies, which we don't control. See Stripe's privacy policy for details.

5. Managing cookies

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking the portal's session cookie will prevent you from staying signed in to the customer portal.

6. Changes to this policy

If we add analytics, advertising, or other tracking to this site in the future, we'll update this policy first. We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever we make material changes.
