1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website can store in your browser to remember information, such as preferences or sign-in state. Websites can also keep data in your browser's local storage, which works similarly but isn't sent to the server with each request.
2. Cookies on this site
This website (temprhq.io) asks before it uses Google Analytics. If you accept, Google Analytics counts visits and sees which pages people use: it sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_TWH5M65Z5F, which last up to two years, and sends information about your visit (such as the pages you view and your approximate location) to Google. If you decline, or don't choose, Google Analytics isn't loaded and sets no cookies. We don't set advertising cookies.
We remember your choice in your browser's local storage (tempr-analytics-consent) for a year, then ask again.
The models page also keeps a copy of OpenRouter's public model list in your browser's local storage for up to an hour, so it doesn't have to fetch the list again on every visit. Your browser fetches that list directly from OpenRouter.
3. The customer portal
The Tempr customer portal (portal.temprhq.io) doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies. It sets these cookies so it can work:
- Sign-in (
.AspNetCore.Cookies) — keeps you signed in. Unless you signed in with single sign-on, it's deleted when you close your browser; either way, a sign-in expires after 7 days without use. - Security token (
.AspNetCore.Antiforgery.*) — protects forms against cross-site request forgery. Deleted when you close your browser. - Messages between pages (
.AspNetCore.Mvc.CookieTempDataProvider) — carries a confirmation or error message to the next page. Deleted when you close your browser. - Theme (
tempr-theme) — remembers whether you chose the light or dark theme. Lasts one year. - Product section (
tempr-portal-product) — remembers which product's section of the portal you used last. Lasts one year.
4. Third-party cookies
Google Analytics cookies on this website are set on behalf of Google; see Google's privacy policy. When you subscribe or manage billing, you're taken to Stripe's own Checkout or Billing Portal pages. Stripe may set its own cookies there under its own privacy and cookie policies, which we don't control. See Stripe's privacy policy for details.
5. Managing cookies
You can change your Google Analytics choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of any page, or with the button below. If you withdraw consent, we delete the Google Analytics cookies from your browser. The site works the same either way.
Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking the portal's sign-in cookie will stop you from staying signed in to the portal.
6. Changes to this policy
We'll update this policy when we change the cookies we use, and update the "Last updated" date above whenever we make material changes.
